  • Love it!

Everyone did what they could. No one can be fantastic in a musical, especially if it their first experience singing. Emma and Dan did great.

So basically, the rest of the reviews are for only one song. This is for the ENTIRE album. I love Beauty and The Beast sang by Celine Dion, but the version sung by Emma Thompson isn't so bad either. Emma Thompson isn't supposed to be the best singer, she's just supposed to represent Mrs. Potts. The Ariana Grande/John Legend version was only played at the end of the movie (credits), not the actual movie. My favorites in this album is: Belle (Reprise), Something There, Days in The Sun, and Evermore. Although some songs do sound auto tuned, you can tell they do have an amazing voice. It's not piles and piles of auto tune, it's just a little bit. They did great at recreating the songs from the original animation. The music flows really well with the song, and I think they chose a perfect Belle. Their voices are very professional and is very soft and smooth. Dan Stevens (The Beast) has a deep, but smooth voice. He really aces Evermore. Emma Watson was great at Something There. She sung it just like the original Belle, just a little more modern. Overall, I think this is a great album. If you are a fan of the original animation, I would recommend you buying this and seeing the movie!
  • Don't listen to these other reviews

I was scrolling through the comments to see what other people thought of the album before I made my purchases, but all I notice is people giving one star reviews because of the remake of "Beauty and the Beast". Why? Okay, so people aren't a fan of the "digital sound" and Ariana Grande or John Legend. Trust me, I'm not either. But I am willing to overlook that one song to see all the amazing songs the actual movie had to offer. I love the songs they put out. With songs like "Belle", "Gaston", and "Evermore", this movie album draws you in. It would be a different story if you didn't like these songs and how they sounded, but to review an entire album based on one song you don't like, that's not even in the movie itself? That's just wrong. Please try to ignore all those reviews that do this and find the ones reviewing the album. To me, this album is amazing. Great songs for a great movie.

I'm in love with every song from this album! Emma Watson sounds amazing as Belle and all the songs are just as good as the original version.
