This album is amazing. Alot of the songs I just listen to about a 100 times in a row. San Luis being my favorite, but there are so many good tunes here.

GAI has always been one of my favorite artist. After seeing him live with the symphony he is easily my favorite artist. This album does not disappoint.

I have been a huge fan of Gregory Alan Isakov for years now, and this new album is an absolutely wonderful return for this absolutely wonderful artist. His soft folk sounds are there as much as ever, with the addition of strong beats and dynamic volume shifts that keep the sound fresh. Isakov has moved forward, but hasn't lost what made me fall in love with his music years ago, and I couldn't be more excited to listen to this album on repeat for the next few months.
  • Missed him.

He sings in such a lovely, lullabic manner. Fantastic as always.

This album has elements of what I already love about his past albums and some new and gorgeous sounds. Any long time fan will love this record. It's so good. On the first full listen it seems like an old friend already.

Amazing, emotive, somber and beautiful. It’s hard to believe that GAI’s music just keeps getting stronger with each album. His song writing a is as pure and honest as ever. But in terms of its production, this album has a richer and more complex sound than his previous albums. And a nice change.

My first introduction to Gregory Allen was a free iTunes download of second chances. It took me months to listen to the song because I forgot I had downloaded it. I quickly bought all of his albums after finally listening to it. Each album seems to get better and has so much depth to them. Evening machines more than continues that trend. Thanks for making great music that matters. Can’t wait to see the Dallas concert.
  • Perfect follow up to The Weatherman

This album is fantastic. It contains quintessential GAI songs—representative of his past work—as well as songs that trend in a newer direction. Excellent overall: 5/5
