1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of Radio Jox (the "Service"), operated from Seattle, Washington, USA. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Radio Jox is

Radio Jox is a directory that helps you find and listen to radio stations that publish their own live streams. We do not own, operate or control those stations or their content, and listing a station is not an endorsement. Station information comes partly from the public Radio Browser community database and from broadcasters.

3. Streams and availability

Streams are provided by the stations themselves and may stop, change or be unavailable at any time. We play only secure (HTTPS) streams. The Service is provided free of charge and "as is"; we do not guarantee that it or any stream will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Your use of the Service

Use the Service for personal, non-commercial listening. Do not misuse it: no automated scraping beyond reasonable rates, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access, and no use that breaks the law or the rights of others.

5. Broadcasters

If you add or claim a station, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it, that the information and logo you provide are accurate and that you have the rights to them, and you let us display them in the Service. We may edit, decline or remove listings at our discretion. Featured and Enhanced listings may be granted by our editors or purchased by broadcasters; their placement, duration and features are described when offered and can end when the agreed period ends.

6. Intellectual property and complaints

Station names, logos and broadcasts belong to their owners. If you believe something on Radio Jox infringes your rights, contact us through our contact form at radiojox.com/contact (choose “Broadcaster / station” or “Copyright or legal”) and we will review it promptly.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radio Jox is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the content of third-party stations or websites.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
