How it works

Find a station. Press play.

That’s most of it. Here’s the rest, in four short steps.

1. Search

   Type a city, a ZIP code, a station name, call letters, or a format like jazz or talk. Or use Near me and let your browser share where you are. We round it off and never store it.

2. Listen

   Press play on any station. The player stays at the bottom of the page, so the music keeps going while you look around.

3. Pop it out

   Open the pop-out player to move the station into its own small window and keep listening while you do something else. On an iPad or phone it opens in a new tab instead.

4. Save your favorites

   Tap the heart on a station to save it. Make a free account with your name and email, no password, and your favorites follow you to every device. We send you a sign-in link each time.

Which stations are here?

Live AM, FM and internet stations, with the focus on the United States and Canada. Only secure (HTTPS) streams are played.

Does it cost anything?

No. Searching, listening and saving favorites are free.

A station won’t play.

Streams go down now and then. Give it a minute and try again. If it stays quiet, let us know.

Is there an app?
